Kermit XCMD (continued)

Some online help is available with help command.

Install will install Kermit XCMD in any stack.  Note that Kermit XCMD uses a 'STR#' resource which must be installed in the stack - hence the use of a self-installation routine.
The install routine automatically re-numbers both the XCMD and the STR# resources.
